Here are some of the most common questions, and concerns most people have when thinking

about starting their own call center business:

How long does it take to launch a call center business?

Typically I tell students to plan for 60 days give or take 30 days depending on your time and resources you have available. That gives you enough time to go through the program, join the calls and get your questions answered so that you can confidently move forward in planning and building out your business.

How much does it cost to start a call center?

The benefit of starting a virtual business that can be ran from anywhere in the world is that the start up costs are not terribly high. The short answer is as low as $500-$1,000 give or take, for your web presence, business structure, and software system. However, this doesn't include any marketing budget to get clients.

When I personally started my first virtual call center back in 2015, I only invested a few hundred dollars in the first month, but that's because I knew how to build and design website myself. Depending on whether you want to start out extremely lean and operate with very thin margins to reduce your start up costs you could get started with a similar budget, but you have to be willing to put in a little extra elbow grease, otherwise it would be best to have a bigger budget to ensure that you can not only launch, but sustain this business over the long-term.

If you're considering joining this program purely on the premise that you can start and build a new business with a shoe string budget you may be shooting yourself in the foot. This is NOT an overnight get-rich-quick scheme. You can get rich, but it is not guaranteed, and it will take a lot longer than you expect, so therefore you should have enough capital saved for living expenses while you launch this new business to give yourself the best chance of success.

How can you promise that I will make $25,000/mo in 60 Days?

That is not what I'm promising! Again, this is a real business, not some fly-by-night operation. The vision is to eventually scale your business to $25,000/mo, and hopefully much more, but it will take time, blood, sweat, and tears to get there. Starting a new business is by no means a walk in the park.

That being said, you can and should be able to build and launch your call center within 60 days. However, the time it takes for you to close your first few clients will depend on your willingness to implement the marketing strategies that I teach in the program, and your willingness to talk to prospective customers and show them the value in person or over the phone/zoom. Although I can't guarantee that you will make a single dime, I can share with you the proven pathway to get you there, but you need to have a long-term mindset.

Your success doesn't depend on anyone but you, regardless of how successful I've been or any of my past students have been. This program is about eliminating the guesswork around starting an online service business that you can operate working part-time, from anywhere in the world, with expert guidance and mentorship from someone who has successfully built and sold their own call center, and is actively operating his own call center today.

What about AI, won't my business get replaced within a couple of years?

AI is nowhere near being "sentient", despite what many experts say, it won't become sentient at least for another 10-20 years, which means that there is an opportunity for young, and nimble startup founders like yourself to come into the market and leverage AI, to be able to solve an age old problem (answering the phone) but in a much faster, cheaper, and easier way than ever before.

You shouldn't be afraid of AI, you should be embracing AI and using it to your advantage. Whether you like it or not, AI is here to stay. But just like when the internet first came on the scene, or even social media, it took most business owners years (10-20+ years) to catch on and finally adopt the new technology. Do you know of any businesses who still don't have an active social media presence? If so, then they definitely aren't using AI to their advantage, and that is the opportunity that you have at your fingertips.
